Recruiting Consultation
Our Recruiting Consultation is for those who do not want the full package but still need some assistance in recruiting. A Next Level Coach will sit down for an hour long meeting to discuss your current progress and help devise a plan of action moving forward. We will be sent transcripts, test scores, and a lacrosse resumé prior to the meeting so we can have a full picture of where each Student-Athlete stands. Following each meeting we will send a One-Page Summary of what we went over and a plan of action for the Student-Athlete moving forward.
Recruiting Consultation:
Academic Analysis - we will be sent transcripts and test scores to get a full picture of where each Student Athlete stands academically - this will be used in creating a list of schools to target
Meeting with Family - a Next Level coach will sit down with the Student Athlete and their family to discuss all things recruiting. We will give a quick presentation on rules/regulations, learn about your recruiting journey so far, understand what you want in a school, and answer any questions
Athletic Analysis - we will watch film, talk to coaches, and gain any additional insight on you as a lacrosse player in order to accurately aid you in finding the right fit for the Next Level.
Provide a list of schools with contact information - our Next Level staff will create a list of 10 schools we think would be a right fit academically and athletically. In addition, we will provide contact information for coaches at the school.
Access to The Workshop - the Workshop is where we will help each Student-Athlete start understand how to reach out and speak with college coaches. Here we will practice crafting emails, mock phone calls, as well as, explain the when, how, and give some examples of what to say. In addition, you will have all the documents in “The Workshop” available to you as a resource, this includes: email template, practice phone calls, articles , speeches, presentations by us or colleagues and information available online
Written Summary & Plan of Action - a Next Level coach will provide each Student Athlete with written feedback on everything we discuss, our complete analysis both academically and athletically, and a plan of action moving forward for you to use at your disposal
30-Minute Follow-Up - A month following the consultation a Next Level Coach and the Student Athlete will get on the phone for a 30-minute follow up to discuss progress, how the plan of action has gone and answer any questions the Student Athlete may have for us
