Who is The Program for?
The Program is designed for youth and high-school lacrosse players who want to improve their skills, knowledge, habits and overall development.
Does this replace my club or school team?
No. The Program is designed to complement your existing team practices and training schedule.
Can I train on my own schedule?
Yes. Our on-demand training resources can be accessed around your existing schedule. Live sessions take place at scheduled times.
What happens after I register?
After registration, you will receive instructions for accessing The Program and getting started with your membership.
How much does Standard cost?
Standard membership is $49 per month or $499 per year.
